Choose a cadet for the shape. It is not a functional upgrade over a baseball cap in any respect.

Cotton twill and canvas read casual and take a logo well. Wool reads formal but is a difficult embroidery surface and warm for Florida. For most branded orders, cotton is the practical answer.
Fit and Sizing
Cadet caps come both fitted and adjustable, and the adjustable versions often use an elastic panel or a small internal adjuster rather than a visible strap, which keeps the clean silhouette intact. Sizing tends to run in S/M and L/XL bands.
Because the sides are straight and the crown is shallow, there is less internal volume than a baseball cap. - Wool for a Florida program. Warm, harder to embroider, and the wrong signal for the climate.
