Quality Control
Our internal process only allows a high-quality end product. Designs are tested and tweaked — often multiple times — by our team before production. Every item is hand-checked, and replaced if it doesn't meet our standards.

Artwork Setup
You view and approve your artwork and work with our design team on any changes. We don't proceed until we have your approval — so everything is done correctly and to your liking.

Our order management system shares your notes and details with every department in the company, so no specific instruction about your order is ever lost through production.

Returns Refunds
Custom Products Are Non-Returnable
Every hat we make is custom-decorated with your logo, to your specifications. Because these items can't be resold, all custom orders are final sale and non-returnable and non-refundable — this is standard across the custom embroidery industry. The proof approval step exists specifically to protect you: nothing goes into production until you sign off on exactly how your order will look.
What You Approve Is What You Get
Before production, you receive a digital proof showing your logo placement, thread colors, sizing, and hat selection. Once you approve it, that proof is what we produce. We can't accept returns or issue refunds for errors that were visible on an approved proof — including spelling, color choices, or sizing — so please review every detail carefully before approving.
If We Made a Mistake
If your order arrives with a production error on our end — the wrong item, a defect, a misprint that doesn't match your approved proof, or damage that occurred before shipping — we will make it right with a replacement or correction at no cost to you.
To start a claim, email support@speedyproshats.com within 15 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos showing the problem
We review every claim within 2 business days. Claims submitted more than 15 days after confirmed delivery may not be eligible.
Damaged in Shipping
If your order is damaged in transit, photograph both the packaging and the products immediately and email us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before you approve your proof. Once approved, production begins immediately and the order can't be cancelled. The $50 setup fee is non-refundable once digitizing has begun. For orders of 12+ where the setup fee is waived, a $30 cancellation fee applies if your logo has already been digitized.
Wrong Address
We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please verify your shipping address before completing your order, and contact us immediately if a correction is needed — we can update it before a shipping label is created, but not after.
