This policy covers all custom hat orders, adjustable trucker hats, dad hats, rope hats, snapbacks, 5-panel, and fitted styles, in all 50 U.S. states and New Era 59FIFTY.
Order to Delivery: 7-14 Days
Your complete timeline, from digitizing, proof approval, production, quality inspection, and shipping, runs 7-14 days from the moment you place and pay for your order. There is nothing extra added on top.

What Affects Your Timeline
What speeds up delivery
- Submit a vector logo file, AI, EPS, or vector PDF, this eliminates prep time.
- Respond to your proof quickly, your production clock runs from approval.
- Provide complete order specs upfront, hat style, color, quantity, and shipping address.
What can cause delays
- Proof revision requests, each round adds time.
- Slow proof response, we cannot proceed until you approve.
- Low-quality artwork requiring extra digitizing preparation.
- High-demand periods, November-December, March-May, order early for event deadlines.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
After production and quality inspection, orders ship via UPS, primarily, FedEx, or USPS for smaller orders. Tracking is emailed the day your order ships.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and speed. The exact amount is shown before you finalize your order. For bulk orders of 500+ hats, contact us about freight options.
Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number is sent the day your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 24 hours of your expected ship date, email support@speedyproshats.com with your order number.
Domestic & International Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Surcharges may apply for Alaska and Hawaii. Tampa Bay area businesses may arrange local pickup at our Brandon, FL facility. Contact us to schedule.
International shipping is available in select cases. Contact us before ordering to confirm availability, customs requirements, and timeline. International customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and fees.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
Damaged in transit: Photograph the packaging and products immediately and email support@speedyproshats.com within 5 days of delivery with your photos and order number. We will file a carrier claim and arrange replacement.
Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days without a delivery scan, contact us and we will file a carrier trace.
Wrong address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. Verify your shipping address at checkout and contact us immediately if a correction is needed, we can update before a label is created, not after.
