This User Agreement governs your use of speedyproshats.com and the submission of materials, artwork, and content to our site. By using our site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by this agreement and all policies incorporated by reference. We may amend this agreement at any time without prior notice.

Intellectual Property Rights

You agree not to use our site to create material that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes any trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other proprietary right. We may reject any order we consider to fall into these categories, and may suspend or terminate accounts that resubmit such orders.

Customer Artwork

All artwork submitted must be owned by or properly licensed to you. By submitting, you confirm you have all necessary rights and authorizations. We archive your artwork for future reorders.

Designs & Site Content

All design tools, templates, and site content remain our property. Custom designs produced using our tools are not intended for commercial resale without prior written authorization.

Privacy

Your privacy matters. Please review our Privacy Policy and CCPA Privacy Notice, both incorporated by reference.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

Site materials are provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of or inability to use the site. You agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Speedy Pros Hats from any claims arising from your use of the site, your artwork, or your violation of this agreement.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Florida. Disputes are resolved under the arbitration provisions in our Terms & Conditions.

Changes

We may modify this agreement at any time. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance.
