Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using speedyproshats.com or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This agreement may change at any time at our discretion. Continued use after any modification constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

NOTICE OF ARBITRATION: This agreement contains an arbitration provision. Except as otherwise stated, any disputes between you and Speedy Pros Hats will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration.

Services

Speedy Pros Hats provides custom hat embroidery and decoration, including digitizing your artwork, embroidering or applying patches to blank hats we source, and shipping completed orders to you.

Eligibility

Services are available to individuals 18 or older. If using the services on behalf of a business, you warrant you have authority to bind that business to this agreement.

Acceptable Use

You may not submit artwork that infringes third-party rights; request content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or objectionable; submit trademarked or copyrighted content without authorization; or interfere with our services. We may refuse service to anyone at any time.

User-Submitted Artwork

By submitting artwork, you warrant you own or have rights to use it and that it violates no law or third-party right. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your artwork solely to fulfill your order, including digitizing and archiving for reorders.

Pricing & Payment

Payment is due in full at order placement. We do not begin production until full payment is received and your digital proof is approved. On accounts past 30 days overdue, open balances will be charged to the card on file. A $25 fee applies to returned checks. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated.

Production & Turnaround

Orders are delivered 7–14 days from order placement, covering digitizing, proof, production, and shipping. Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by slow proof response, low-quality artwork, or carrier issues.

Shipping

Pricing does not include shipping unless specified. We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS and are not responsible for loss, damage, or delays caused by carriers. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Claims & Disputes

Claims for damages, defects, or shortages must be submitted in writing within 15 days of delivery. You must notify us of any payment dispute within 30 days of the transaction.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before proof approval. Once approved, production begins and cancellation is not possible. The $50 setup fee is non-refundable once digitizing has begun. For orders of 12+ where the fee is waived, a $30 cancellation fee applies if digitizing has started.

SMS Terms

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive order-related SMS messages (proof approvals, production updates, shipping, billing). Message frequency varies; standard rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Numbers are not shared with third parties for marketing.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid or $1,000, whichever is less.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Speedy Pros Hats from any losses or claims arising from your use of the services, your submitted artwork, or your violation of this agreement or third-party rights.

Governing Law & Arbitration

This agreement is governed by the laws of Florida. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures arising from causes beyond our control, including acts of God, war, fire, pandemic, power outages, or carrier failures.
