Every order — embroidery or patches — follows the same proven process we've refined over 550,000 hats.

  • Pick your hat & submit your logo Day 1

    Choose your hat style and color — Richardson, Flexfit, New Era, 47 Brand, Otto, and more — then upload your artwork. Vector files (.AI, .EPS, vector .PDF) work best, but send what you have and we'll let you know if adjustments are needed.

    Pro tip: A vector logo file can shave days off your timeline.

  • We prepare your design 2–3 business days

    For embroidery, our in-house team hand-digitizes your logo into a precise stitch file — mapping every thread path and stitch density for your exact hat fabric. For patches, we prepare your artwork for engraving or printing. Never auto-converted, always crafted.

  • You approve your free digital proof You're in control

    You receive a digital proof showing exactly how your finished hat will look — placement, colors, sizing, everything. Request revisions until it's right. Nothing goes into production until you sign off.

    Heads up: Approve quickly to keep your order moving — your production clock runs from approval.

  • Production & quality inspection Most of your window

    Your hats are embroidered or patched on commercial-grade equipment, then every single hat passes a quality inspection before it's packed. Speed is in our name — but never at the expense of getting it right.

  • Shipped to your door Within 7–14 days total

    Orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking emailed the day they leave our Brandon, FL facility — arriving within the 7–14 day window. And your logo stays on file, so reorders take minutes with no setup fee ever again.

Before You Order

Artwork Quick Specs

  • File formats

    Vector files (.AI, .EPS, vector .PDF) are best. High-res .PNG or .JPG at 300 dpi+ also work. Have something else? Send it — we'll tell you if it's workable.

  • Embroidery size limits

    Front panel: up to 2.25" tall × 4.5"–5" wide. Minimum readable text height is 0.20" (5mm). We'll flag anything outside these limits during proofing.

  • What works best

    Logos, text, and graphic artwork with clean lines and bold shapes. Photos and portraits can't be embroidered — they lose too much detail in thread.

  • Already have a stitch file?

    We accept DST, EMB, and PXF files from previous vendors. If it meets our quality standards, your setup fee is waived.
