Reversible Bucket Hats
A double-sided build with a different fabric or color on each side, wearable either way. It is a genuinely good retail proposition — two hats in one, and it photographs well as a product.
The catch is decoration. A reversible hat has two outer faces, so a logo either appears on one side only (and is hidden half the time) or has to be applied twice, which doubles the decoration cost and shows through on some fabrics.
The practical answer for custom reversible bucket hats: brand one side and treat the other as the plain option. Most buyers understand that, and it keeps the cost sensible.
