Content Policy

What We Cannot Embroider or Print

We're unable to produce the following without proper written authorization from the rights holder:

  • Trademarked or copyrighted logos, names, or artwork you don't own or have written permission to use
  • Sports team, college, or university names, logos, mascots, fonts, or color combinations that would constitute infringement
  • Licensed event references (e.g., "Super Bowl Champs," "World Series Champs") that we are not licensed to produce
  • Music, movie, TV, video game, or other entertainment IP — including artist names, lyrics, characters, and studio logos
  • Celebrity or public figure names, likenesses, or their social media handles and hashtags
  • Currency, official seals, or government identification

You Are Responsible for Your Artwork

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own it or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use it. You agree that Speedy Pros Hats is not liable for artwork submitted in violation of any third party's intellectual property rights.
